Colorful boardgame illustrations
In this worker-placement boardgame from King Racoon Games, players choose one of twelve bands to work, play and sing their way all up into the charts, to fame and glory.
I was commissioned to do the band illustrations for the individual player boards but also to develop a style that is fresh and light-hearted, yet distincts itself from similiar games on the market and other projects from the studio.
The bands represent their (sometimes very specific) genre in a cheeky but loving way that gave me the opportunity to throw in the odd caricature and cameo.
